Our colour service
Any of our products which have the option “choose my own” against them can be customized to your own colour or by using our online colour chart.
In the first instance you can refer to our online colour chart which may have a colour suitable for your needs as standard which you can choose from the drop down list against the product or you can simply select “choose my own” and type in the colour from the chart in the comments notes to us box on order submission.
We also have a full pantone colour chart which gives a larger range of standard colours available. All you need to do with this is provide us with the code below the colour from this chart. If you would like one a full pantone colour emailed to you. Please email us for a copy.
Our standard online colour chart is a slimmed down version of the full pantone colour chart showing the most popular colours (which you can get simply by clicking "colour chart" at the top of our website). It is a guide only which can vary from computer to computer depending on screen quality which is why we offer our unique match to your own colour service on all products which state “choose my own” at no extra charge.
If you do not see a colour on our own website chart/s, or the full pantone colour chart which matches your needs or you need a very exact shade then all you need to do is select “choose my own” then type in that you are sending in a sample of your colour to be matched. We do not charge extra for the colour matching service. Simply then print out your order and send it to us with your colour sample.
When sending in samples of a colour to be matched please make sure it is not organic, i.e fresh flowers which can fade. Suitable items would be a small piece of fabric or paper, a cutting from a card or magazine etc. If sending a sample please send it with a copy of your order. We only need a 4cm x 4cm sized piece.
If you have ordered a sample colour previously that you liked and want more the exact same shade you need to send one of the samples back with your new order for matching otherwise we can not guarantee an exact match by using the online colour chart alone.
Our coloured pillar and votive candles are mostly hand dipped and may have a slight colour variation from top to bottom on some shades used. If you want colours for different products please be aware that tea lights for example may look darker than pillar candles due to wax density.
